Account Clerk Job at Euronete UK Ltd – in Ellon

Responsible for all accounting and some back office tasks.

Job Functions

  • Operate payroll (SageOne)
  • Operate ERP system (NAV)
  • Preparing financial reports (Monthly and Annually)
  • Banks & Accounts Reconciliations (Various)
  • Processing Payment (Bank in/out, BACS, Cheque…online…etc)
  • Responsible for accounting closing (period)
  • Responsible for monitor Account Payable and Receivable.
  • General Bookkeeping (Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Cash Books, VAT returns)
  • Credit Control and Collections
  • General office operation support
  • Answering incoming calls

Experience

  • Accounting
  • Bookkeeping
  • Computer Literate

Other Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and also be part of a small team
  • Excellent organisational and priorities skills.

  • Enthusiasm, ability and confident to work in various situation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
