About the Opportunity
With the continuing growth of the business, Haymes Paint has a new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant – Accounts Receivable to join their team in Ballarat, VIC. This is a full-time role, although part time will be considered.
Working within a small team, you will be responsible for: assessing and processing credit applications; investigation and follow up of phone and email enquiries; follow up of account payments; maintaining the debtor database; and other administrative support.
Haymes is looking for someone with accounts receivable experience in a medium to large finance team, preferably with experience using Pronto or a similar ERP system.
You will have a reputation for providing exceptional customer service. You will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail, and able to juggle competing priorities.
You’ll be an approachable and genuinely friendly person, who’s able to build relationships with your Haymes colleagues and our customers, liaising as required.
