ADMIN & FINANCE ASSISTANT

ENE Limited is a highly successful engineering company based in Banbridge, Co Down. We design and manufacture stainless steel conveyor systems supplying to many of the world’s leading food and drink processors. We are now recruiting an Admin & Finance Assistant as part of the Company’s exciting growth plans.

Job Title: Admin & Finance Assistant

Reporting To: Office Manager

Location: Banbridge. Co Down

Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent full-time

Overall purpose: To assist the Office Manager with all aspects of running a busy office.

Main Duties:

· To be responsible for the smooth movement of goods regarding post Brexit supply.

· Assisting with Purchase Ledger

· Assisting with Sales Ledger

· Assisting with Payroll processing / Pensions

· Bank Lodgements / Reconciliations

· Assisting with UK and ROI VAT returns

Skills and Experience:

Essential

· Experience in a similar role

· Experience using Sage Line 50 Accounts / Payroll

· Experience using Microsoft, Word, Outlook, Excel

· Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

· Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

· High attention to detail

· Self-motivated, results focused and able to work on own initiative

· Good decision making and problem-solving skills

· High level of numeracy and literacy

Desirable

· Experience in the engineering and/or food processing sector
