Join the Financial Planning and Analysis team. You will report to the Senior Analyst and will participate in the production of monthly management, financial and operational reports to support operations in their decision-making process. Your experience, your autonomy, your meticulousness, your ability to work under pressure and to prioritize and your collaboration skills will make you the ideal candidate.
Support the coordination of the yearly budget process with Corporate, various business units and shared services;
Participate in the consolidated financial forecast process and prepare the associated monthly documentation;
Update the files to track monthly results;
Update KPI dashboards and targets, prepare related reports;
Participate in the preparation of the material for senior management to present financial models;
Support the preparation of active projects within the team and perform analyses upon demand;
Act as super-user for the development of reports enabling the sharing of data from the various departments;
Accomplish all related tasks.
Your skills, our requirements!
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Finance and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) title, an asset;
Experience in a publicly traded Corporation, in corporate financing, or in capital markets, are assets;
Experience in various currency management, an asset;
Experience in a Corporation holding multiple entities;
Knowledge of the accounting cycle management, of variation analysis and monthly results tracking;
Knowledge of the Adaptive system, an asset;
Ability to develop analysis tools with Excel;
Proficient with the MS Office suite;
Proficient in French and English, both oral and written.
The position is based at the company’s head office located in Longueuil, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.
