AP Clerk/Finance Assistant Job at Axis Electronics – in AP Clerk/Finance Assistant

Job Purpose:
To support purchase ledger activities and conduct accounts administration for the business
Main Duties:

  • Input purchase invoices (300+ a week) onto ERP system (IFS) in a timely manner.
  • Analyse and investigate invoices that do not match due to exceptions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice queries to ensure payments made on time.
  • Maintain Outlook Mailboxes, filing invoices and responding to queries.
  • Statement reconciliation to ensure all invoices received.
  • GRNI reconciliation to ensure all goods received are matched to invoices.
  • Other accounts payables and finance processes as required.
  • Support finance and company (HR) administration as required
  • Experience is preferable, part time would be considered.
