AP Clerk/Finance Assistant Job at Axis Electronics – in AP Clerk/Finance Assistant
To support purchase ledger activities and conduct accounts administration for the business
- Input purchase invoices (300+ a week) onto ERP system (IFS) in a timely manner.
- Analyse and investigate invoices that do not match due to exceptions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice queries to ensure payments made on time.
- Maintain Outlook Mailboxes, filing invoices and responding to queries.
- Statement reconciliation to ensure all invoices received.
- GRNI reconciliation to ensure all goods received are matched to invoices.
- Other accounts payables and finance processes as required.
- Support finance and company (HR) administration as required
- Experience is preferable, part time would be considered.
- Good understanding of English including verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail – be able to notice discrepancies
- Confident in speaking to stakeholders via email or phone
