The LM MFC F&BO Training and Development (T&D) team is seeking a highly motivated employee to perform reporting analysis and business rhythm tasks in managing the Early Career Development Program courses and instructors, tracking performance metrics, coordinating focus groups, managing digital curriculum and user groups.
This role oversees the class management for the Early Career Development Program (ECDP) scheduling, curriculum reviews, monthly knowledge sharing forums, onboarding initiatives, user group oversight and F&BO communications.
Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills are required as this role interfaces with a wide realm of networking including MFC Communications, HR, Talent and Organizational Capability (T&OC), Atlas Learning Team, F&BO development program interface and First Line Leaders (FLL).
This role will include analysis and review of statistical data for ECDP course surveys, graduation metrics and participant completion status results. Data results will be formulated into graphical representations and power points presentations. Also, an opportunity for enhancement of ECDP metrics using a tableau workbook.
This job will develop solutions to enhance F&BO skills training and enhance employee experiences including mentoring and community service opportunities.
