Your role

Do you have a strong investment focus? Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? We’re looking for someone like that to:

Provide analytical and asset management support on a portfolio of approximately 10 to 14 residential investment properties. Functions include quarterly forecasting, valuation review and investment analysis;
assist in due diligence of potential acquisitions including expense analysis, lease and underwriting review, and cash flow modeling;
assist in property dispositions, including analysis of potential sales price, interaction with sales brokers and preparation of internal investment committee brief;
assist in the monitoring of development projects by analyzing and learning about construction draw requests, development sequencing, and construction details;
assist and participate in the evaluation of property performance relative to competition and the objectives established in the property operating plan;
occasional travel to assigned properties;
opportunity to engage in ESG and PropTech initiatives with exposure to senior leadership:
assist and lead special assignments as needed to support the Asset Management Team.

Your expertise

Financial acumen with an understanding of time value of money and discounted cash flow analysis;
oral and written communication skills;
proficiency in Word, Excel, and Argus;
negotiation, organizational, and time management skills;
visual software experience highly desired; skills around data or financial management highly encouraged with Power BI/Tableau, RealPage software and other similar software;
team building – ability to develop good working relationships with others;
BA degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate preferred, and ideally 2+ Years of experience.
