This is a great opportunity for an inspired Analyst to support the Dexus Office platform through financial analysis, forecasting, portfolio performance reporting and driving process improvements, over a 12month Fixed Term Contract.
Reporting into the Performance Manager, the Assistant Performance Analyst will deliver valuable financial and analytical services across the Dexus Office portfolio. You will also partner with various stakeholders in Funds Management, Asset Management, Developments, Transactions and Finance in order to enhance decision making and commercial success for the business.
We are looking for a driven and highly motivated individual who is quite agile in their thinking style, allowing them to comfortably manage the ambiguity of working in a changing environment. Ideally you will have 1–3 years’ experience in an analytical role ideally within the property or real estate industry. You will be degree qualified and have completed or pursuing further studies in CPA/CFA, etc. Through your career thus far you will have developed a real knack for building relationships with your stakeholders, enabling you to manage, and influence at any level, with ease. You will demonstrate a strong work ethic and be a real team player looking to work collaboratively with peers in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
