You will enjoy this role if:
Provide timely, high quality customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations
Maintain the confidence of the Firm’s customers and promote a consistent, positive image of BT
Completion of fieldwork and performing detailed testing of participant data, including vouching key information to personnel files and recalculating employee contributions
Maintain an open line of communication with the engagement team and customers
Anticipate and address customer concerns and problems as they arise and communicate to the engagement manager and/or partner
Make efficient use of Firm resources
Further develop existing project management skills, including management of multiple priorities, active communication with peers and colleagues, etc.
Participate in a minimum of two (2) recruiting or networking events annually
Complete 40 Continuing Education Hours annually as laid out in your customized Learning Path

Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing various assurance and consulting services to industry specific client
Learn and grow from direct on the job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs
Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients
