About the role

Four exciting, permanent Business Support Officer roles are currently available within our Business Support Service Delivery Team. Each of these four roles provide high level administrative support to management and the broader team, with a focus on timeliness, efficiency and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prioritising issues on behalf of management and other staff
  • Manage and prepare reports and other documentation
  • Researching, sourcing and analysing information
  • Diary management, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, minute taking and administering basic financial transactions
  • Provide guidance to other team members

We are seeking committed and service-oriented administrators with an interest in the emergency services sector. This is a dynamic and fast paced role with exposure to an emergency services environment – you will receive fantastic networking opportunities and be involved with our volunteers who work in the field.

About you

The successful applicant will be a proactive and experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail. You will be effective in working as part of a small team and have good communication and excellent interpersonal skills. Most importantly, you will be passionate about delivering a professional administrative service with a responsive and diplomatic approach when dealing with internal and external customers. Experience working with SAP and Excel will be highly regarded.
