Job Description

You’ll offer strategic vision to help the company become more profitable, produce high-quality products and services, and meet production goals. You’ll build and manage Accounting and FP&A teams and processes. Furthermore, you’ll create and optimize fundraising processes, monitor and analyze company finances, build financial models, and implement cost-effective growth plans. This is a get your hands dirty role, you’ll be keeping the lights on, literally. You’ll pay the bills. Ultimately, you’ll build and lead our finance team to ensure we hit key milestones and bring massive value to the electric vehicle market.

Key Responsibilities:
Own all financial analysis, planning, & reporting

Lead fundraising efforts by creating financial models and projections

Direct all aspects of accounting operations such as receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting

Must be able to build Ikea furniture and unplug a toilet

Direct financing strategies, analysis, forecasting and budget management

Manage and optimize company budgets and status reports

Build and manage a high-horsepower Finance team

Develop procedures to ensure quality standards are met and maintained

Ideally, you have experience with:
Auditing including PCAOB, accounting, and corporate finance

Managing and tracking budget expenses

Large financial models

High-growth companies


Private and public companies

Automotive and/or electric vehicle technology

and you’re someone who is:
BS in Finance, Economics, or similar

5-10+ years professional experience

Experienced Controller

Skilled negotiator

Organizer of chaos

Phenomenal meeting conductor

Excellent communicator

Creative & Critical Thinker

Self-starter who is willing to get their hands dirty

Team player who is excited by rapid development cycles
