Job DescriptionJob Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for aChief Financial Officer ( CFO)inGreenville, SC. TheChief Financial Officer ( CFO)is the member of our client’s leadership team responsible for the financial health of the organization. A key component is to monitor and control financial activity and future cash flow projections. This executive level position will involve direct communication with banks, vendors, and company leadership to suggest improvements to current processes, build out future processes, and ensure financial compliance.If you are looking for an opportunity to work with a multinational company, this might be the position for you! Travel to Germany and Mexico required.
Responsibilities Of a Chief Financial Officer ( CFO) Includes
Establish finance operational strategies by evaluating trends, determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies and leading change implementation process
Develop company organizational processes by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities
Lead and manage accounting and finance teams
Creating, leading, and executing financial strategies
Manager project investment, acquisition, and expansion prospects
Identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement
Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; will also need to identify monetary resources and develop action plans.
Maximize return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment community.
Evaluate and determine financial growth plans for 1 year, 5 years, 10 years, etc.
Work with Executive team to develop financial plans
Manage accounting procedures, including adhering to GAAP standards
Review financial documents monthly, quarterly, and annually
Create budget forecasts
Job Requirements Of a Chief Financial Officer ( CFO)
Established leader with an entrepreneur mindset
10+ years of organizational leadership within accounting and/or financial field
Master Degree in Business, Finance, or other related field
CPA Certification is a bonus
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Must be able to speak English and Spanish
German language skills preferred
