CIB – Broker Dealer Asset Servicing – Income Analyst – Bournemouth Job at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. – in Bournemouth
This exciting new role supporting the IB Equities LOB offers the applicant the opportunity to join a new team being created within the existing department. The successful applicant will be responsible for processing Income on a new strategic platform as markets are migrated across from the legacy systems.
The applicant will be joining the team from its inception and be involved in the rollout and evolution of the next generation of strategic applications as well as having the opportunity to build up comprehensive product knowledge. The team liaise closely with a large number of groups across the firm including: Settlements, Trading Desks, Middle Offices, Client Services, Finance and Technology teams as well as external market participants such as Custodians and Counterparties.
End to end notification & processing of all Income events throughout the EMEA region.
Investigation, reconciliation & resolution of complex breaks.
Liaising with internal/external counterparties to resolve issues.
Assisting other team members during peak work periods
Project work related to improving the new applications and increasing automation and efficiency as well as reducing risk.
Processing of Dividends and Manufactured Income across a variety of markets.
Production of regular management and controls MIS.
Risk Awareness and Escalation, regular review of breaks for potential risks and dealing with system issues.
Building relationships with multiple partners: Senior Management, Technology, Middle Offices, Finance, Product Control, OCM, Audit, Front office and Clients to manage risk and provide an excellent global service

You must have a relevant Degree qualified and/or equivalent work experience.
Experience within a high paced, dynamic operations environment.
High level of risk awareness and operational control experience within financial services.
Adaptability to learn new processes quickly and efficiently and identify new better ways of working.
Highly skilled at problem solving.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels are required to meet the demands of the client base and to support management in an effective manner
Flexibility to work individually and as part of a close highly efficient and effective team.
