Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree including or supplemented by course work in the principles, concepts, and methods relevant to financial operations in Food and Nutrition Services, plus six years of progressively more responsible experience in the field of work encompassed by financial operations in Food and Nutrition Services, some of which shall have been in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Master’s degree may be substituted for one year of the required experience. Can demonstrate knowledge of theories, procedures, practices, materials, methods, and regulations and/or legislation related to the Food and Nutrition Services finance; ability to manage and supervise program activities and personnel; knowledge of school organization, mission, and the requirements for assigned function to accomplish mission; and skill in personnel, financial, and administrative management.
