How will I help?

In this role you will have an essential role in servicing the needs of our customers, both internal and external. The roles will be based at our Parramatta site but also can benefit from flexible working arrangements after training. These roles will be offered as max term contracts and fulltime permanent opportunities
You will work to ensure the team is focused on the delivery of quality output, following Westpac protocol, policies and procedures when completing functional activities. This includes completing customer requests and communicating with customers and stakeholders across the group to achieve desired outcomes. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play an integral role in the development of a cohesive team environment and in building effective relationships with business partners across other teams Westpac.

What do I need?
You will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment handling customer queries and complaints (face-to- face or phone based), along with a proven history in delivering high standards of customer service in line with agreed service levels. Adapting to our changing workplace will come easily to you.
You will have ability to manage multiple priorities by being well organised and having strong time management skills. You will have positive proactive attitude and champion the Westpac vison and values. In additional the below requirements will be also be highly regarded:
Clear verbal, and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
A recent degree in accounting/finance is desirable
The hours of operation for the Centre are 8:30am – 7:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 8:30pm Friday and 8:30am – 2:30pm Saturday on a rotating shift roster.
