The Data Analyst provides the business with regular reports, analysis and insight on the performance of all operational activity within the Moneybarn Contact Centre, continually seeking to identify opportunities to improve upon existing working processes and strategies.
Analysis & Reporting
Regular reporting to contextualise end-to-end collections performance.
Provide analysis on the performance of all outbound customer contact channels, including letters, calls, texts and email.
Work with Credit Risk team to identify and pilot opportunities to improve collections strategies and processes, using a ‘test and learn’ control framework.
Provide insight to Real Time and Workforce Planning Teams to enable effective resource prioritisation.
Produce forecasts for collections activity, proactively identifying potential impacts to business as usual.
Participate in major departmental projects and take an active role in cross-functional teams to assist in driving quality improvements, processes, and initiatives.
The analyst will work in close partnership with Credit Risk and other teams within the Contact Centre (such as the Workforce planning teams) to ensure collections activity is optimal, driving the right customer and business outcomes aligned to overarching business objectives and strategies
Management of Dialler Technology
Work with the Finance Team to jointly provide month-end operational and financial performance data.
Test and validate ongoing incremental improvements in collections strategies, subsequently working with key business stakeholders to secure and prioritise resource for deployment.
Manage the business’ dialler technology, including scheduling and pacing of daily dialler campaigns, aligned to expected inbound all projections
Identify & raise incidents impacting the performance of collections activity.
Support incident management in achieving incident resolution efficiently.
Ensure that all decisions/changes made to the operation, and collection strategy remain compliant with both internal and external regulations.
Be aware and manage allocated 1st line controls (i.e. OFCOM).
Produce 1st line reporting to ensure business adherence to the correct contact / collection strategies.
Competent with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Good understand of data structures and efficient/effective use of SQL.
Experience operating in an operational/analytical environment.
Experience in providing meaningful insight to stakeholders.
Understanding of/experience with Dialler technology.
Experience with SAS, or other analytical tools.
