Job Title: Deputy Accounts Manager

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

Salary: – £25,000- £26,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen in a fast-growing medium size company based in Ringwood.

Milewood Healthcare Ltd, a provider of high quality, specialist care for adults with complex behavioural needs, employing over 350 employees across North of England, is currently seeking a Accounts Manager to join Small and professional team.

You will be based at head office working in an entrepreneurial environment providing support to various businesses.

Responsibilities

· Process Payroll – Sage Payroll, PAYE submissions, Nest Pensions submissions

· Completion of monthly management control reports

  • Assisting with various aspects of the purchase ledger, including processing of invoices and statement reconciliations

· Process and pay suppliers Invoices, Cross checking Invoices before payments

· Liaising with Home Managers and local authorities to resolve Debt queries

· Daily Bank reconciliations

· Raising Sales Invoices Managing Clients Database

· Manage Daily Accounting operations, Credit Control

· Recording and reconciliation of credit card statements

Assisting Finance Director with managing Clients Database and preparing quarter end accounts

Skills required: –

– Accounting degree, AAT, CAT or equivalent Qualified by experience.
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong communication and written skills
– An ability to work to deadlines

– Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
– Sage Payroll
– Sage line 50

Monday To Friday – 9:00- 5:00pm

30 min Break

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
