About the role
This role will form part of the Senior Leadership team with a seat on the board. We are looking for an individual who can provide strategic direction to grow the organisation into the key verticals it operates into.
The individual must have a solid experience within Financial Services and have a proven consulting and technology background. You will need to be energised, commercially minded with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude. You will need to be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in.
Your role will be split between Business Development (New Business and Account Management), Practice Development, Product Development, Client Delivery, and team mentoring.
The successful candidate will be building out this sector practice along with the strategic direction of the products and services to meet the unmet needs of our clients.
Minimum Expected experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a consulting or technology practice as part of the leadership team
A proven and successful track record of contributing to the delivery of projects, or workstreams within larger programmes.
Well-developed stakeholder management skills with gravitas as a subject matter expert
Been part of a growth story within a previous organisation

You will have a proven track record in winning new clients from initial prospecting through to account management
You will have solid experience in delivering strategy, transformation and change that allows technology to be leveraged in delivering better effectively within an organisation
You will be an excellent presenter and confident in public speaking
You will deliver thought leadership and other content working alongside the marketing department
You will have experience in delivering business change implementation projects within Financial Services
You will be responsible for building and mentoring your team
You will be able to uphold the Equantiis values in your everyday life
You must have a Solid Technology awareness and be able to articulate at a high-level the advantages it brings.

Deliver high-level business analysis to understand the operations of the client.
