Director of Finance Job at Riveron Consulting – 3.9 in Dallas, TX
As a Team Member, You Will:
Enable Executive Leadership teams to make informed business decisions
Manage and review the completion of detailed financial and non-financial analyses that can be used to evaluate opportunities or assist in making key strategic decisions
Develop recommendations and approaches for strategic and operational improvements
Prepare Quarterly Financial Board Reporting and Monthly Business Review Reporting
Be responsible for rolling forecasting and other forecasting metrics (e.g. cash flow and covenants)
Prepare Monthly Internal Financial Reporting to the Executive Suite & Managing Directors
Prepare Monthly Investor Financial Reporting
Assist with the development of reporting tools, as well as potential software vendor selection
Prepare analysis for internal projects/initiatives (e.g. ROI)
Lead the Financial integration of Acquisitions and support M&A activities
Own the annual budgeting process
Your Experience Includes:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting or advisory role and/or in an industry FP&A role
Mastery of Microsoft Office Products, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience within one or more of the following or comparable technology:
ERPs: NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics
Corporate Performance Improvement: OneStream, Host Analytics, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning
Data Visualization & Analysis: Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx
Public Company, Private Equity experience, and/or Corporate Development experience a plus
Ability to juggle many competing priorities/deadlines
Experience with executive relationship management
