This is an opportunity to be a key member of the leadership function of a multi-billion business. This role is budgeted for 150-180k plus 20% bonus plus long term incentive plan.
Responsibilities:
-Lead/develop team of 6 (Analysts, Sr. Analysts, Manager)
-Responsible for providing financial insights to internal stakeholders so they can make data based decisions
-Reporting, analysis of period end results
-Support the month/period end closing process
-Developing/Executing the financial plan, quarterly forecast, KPIs, ad hoc analysis
Qualifications
-Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance required
-Experience leading a team/function within a manufacturing environment, highly preferred
-Minimum 8 years of experience
-Strong modeling experience, exposure to PowerBI and Tableau a plus
-SAP/BPC exposure, highly preferred
