Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.

Also serves some Consumer and Small Business Banking and Wealth and Investment Management customers, and Auto Dealer Finance partner relationships in Consumer Lending

Responsible for responding to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding Equipment Finance lease and loan transactions. Duties include: Calculation of moderate to complex buyout requests, handling difficult problems for customers by communicating with other departments and leveraging resources to resolve issues. Handling the customer from inception to resolution with limited assistance from management. Performs administration of titles and other general information.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

1+ year of business experience, administrative support experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Military intelligence or analytics experience including operational management, project management, mission evolution management and finance management

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

IA-Cedar Rapids: Min: $33,600 Mid: $46,000 Max: $58,400

IA-Des Moines: Min: $33,600 Mid: $46,000 Max: $58,400
