Experienced Pensions Administrator / Paraplanner Job at Deem Advisory Services Limited – in Highbridge

We are an administrative support company to the financial services industry and provide back office support to regulated financial advisors. We are looking for an exceptional administrator / paraplanner to undertake product research, obtain illustrations, use analytical software to review a client’s existing pension arrangements.

Having an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel, as well as excellent organisational skills is a given.

In addition the applicant must have good communication skills as well as excellent analytical ability.

We are looking for a pension experienced individual with at least two years recent experience in the pensions field. Knowledge of Selectapension and Dynamic Planner would be advantageous.

You must also take responsibility for preparing and maintaining detailed client files and records. The highest compliance and organisational standards are critical to our firm and being able to provide historical context to clients in relation to their advice journey is a pre-requisite.
