ISDM SOLUTIONS – FINANCE ADMIN

The role consists of 37.5 hours per week on a 9am – 5.30pm basis, you will report into the Head of Finance along with some reporting into the assistant accountants.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
The role will include the following and, for the right candidate, will provide the opportunity for real individual responsibility.

Day to day maintenance of the accounts payable function to include:

o Processing of supplier invoices on to Xero daily

o Reconciliation of supplier statements monthly

o Preparation of weekly payment runs

o First point of contact for all supplier queries

· Perform due diligence credit checks on all new customers

· Assist the finance team with all management reporting requirements including monthly finance pack, cashflow and weekly reporting.

  • Helping gather and communicate accurate data to support the Directors’ decision-making processes
  • Assist with the management of fleet vehicles

· Assist with the company’s annual insurance renewals

· Assist with the daily reconciliation of all bank accounts

  • Help in the general administration of the Belfast Office, including managing meetings, communications, information distribution and related activities.

SKILLS REQUIRED
·Strong IT skills – MS Office, in particular Excel

· Must have strong numeracy skills

· Strong communication, both spoken and written English is vital

·Ability to work effectively as part of a wider team as well as independently

·Time Management

·Planning skills

·Attention to detail
LOCATION

Based in Halifax, currently working from home due to COVID-19.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

All employee’s that can are working from home; we provide all relevant equipment. In the offices we have hand santising items on each desk and work place, plastic screens between desks and we have moved the desks to allow for social distancing.

  • Finance Admin: 1 year (Required)

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary

Financial Duties:

  • Expense reports
  • Processing payments
  • Billing
