About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will assist in organising the NT Health Services Contract with its day-to-day payroll and office administration.

Your primary focus is to support the payroll function, you will collate, file and enter upwards of 100 manual time sheets into Microsoft Excel for payroll to process the fortnightly pay run. In addition, you assist to produce and maintain financial and operational reports, manage cost reimbursements to expedite invoicing and provide general administrative support to the Darwin Operations team.

The role will be based in Adelaide, with some interstate travel based on business needs.

Flexible work options with hybrid model (WFH/Office), full-time and part-time (0.8/4 days a week) arrangements considered.

About You

You will be a self-driven and highly organised self-starter with the ability to multi-task high volumes of work and work to regular deadlines.

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and also part of a team.

To be Successful

Experience working in a similar role, supporting a Finance and/or Payroll function

Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP and SUMIF functions

Comfortable using multiple platforms and technologies, ideally some experience in Time2Work

Ability to build strong, collaborative business relationships

Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables

Able to contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of systems and processes

Able to understand and follow company and contract policies and procedures
