Finance Business Partner Job at Atlanta Group – in Finance Business Partner
Forecasting & planning: Lead on the running and development of current forecast models to improve accuracy and ensure better, more timely decisions are made within the business.
Business engagement : Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and work closely with the business to ensure that the impact of commercial decisions are understood, performance is tracked and outcomes are included in the latest forecasts.
Analysis : Provide high impactful, timely and accurate analysis to the business to ensure performance trends are fully understood, and the business is fully aware of the emerging risks & opportunties before taking management action.
Driving change : Continually look for areas of underperformance and inefficiencies and drive change through the finance team.
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Degree level education, preferably mathematical, statistical, finance or economics or same via experience
Professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Highly numerate and comfortable with complex mathematical models / calculations.
Contributing to the strategic direction of a business unit/division/company
Capability to take a complex issue/set of data and present to non-experts.
Strong excel skills and ability to use complex financial models
Advanced level of PC Skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
