Job Summary/Purpose: The Finance ERP Implementation Support Personnel will support the Finance Team Leads and/or Finance Workstream Leads for the following functional areas:Foundation Data Model (Chart of Accounts) (2), Core Financials (GL/AR/AP) (2), Procurement, Grants and Contracts, Payroll, Supply Chain. Support Personnel will assist the Team and Workstream Leads in the planning design and implementation of the project and will be required to support efforts such as current system inventory, data cleansing, chart of accounts crosswalk, and data conversion. The ERP implementation project, which began in March 2021 is scheduled to last nineteen (19) months.
Minimum Training and Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited finance-related program (Accounting, Operations and Supply Chain, Financial Management, Finance).
