Finance Manager, Global Operations Responsibilities:

Drive financial planning processes related to headcount and OpEx planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

Create partnerships and own relationships with a range of product and business leaders, providing key insights into spend and resource allocation

Build analyses to drive better investment decisions, including a framework to evaluate ROI over the short and long term

Collaborate cross-functionally with other FP&A groups, as well as operations including purchasing, accounting, corporate finance

Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and methodologies

Develop strategic recommendations and assist business partner decision making with data driven scenario planning

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or equivalent

6+ years of management consulting, corporate strategy, finance-related experience

Experience in financial planning, financial modeling, and creating data-driven analyses

Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Finance & Accounting

Technical skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Financials, Tableau and/or SQL

MBA or Masters in Finance
