About the role:
We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our Sydney office on a 13 month contract, commencing March 2019. Working closely with a dynamic and highly successful team, your key responsibilities will include:
Manage trust and controlled monies, including:Trust to office transfers
Month end trust reconciliations
Trust signatory maintenance
Co-ordinate the annual trust audit
Cheque receipting for office and trust
Back up for national receipting, cab charge and petty cash
Out of pocket and credit card expense management
Assist in all other accounts related duties and enquries as and when required
Ad hoc projects as required
The successful candidate:
