The role

In our business, “correct pay, on time” is critical to candidate satisfaction and therefore our success. Initially the role holder with have responsibility for processing temporary worker timesheets with accurate payroll and invoicing all directly linked to this activity. The role holder will also need to confidently be able to answer queries from candidates and clients, track/monitor on an ongoing basis and fix problems as they arise.

We have many short and medium-term strategic objectives which will result in expansion of responsibilities – one such objective being change in finance provider bringing full payroll, invoicing and credit control in-house. The role holder will play a major part in the transition process, manage it and build a team around them.

Strong numeracy, attention to detail and excel proficiency are essential for this role. Confidence on the phone and dealing with a wide variety of people is also critical.

Full-time is preferred but we would consider a 4-day week.

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
