Finance Specialist Job at Leo Burnett – in Toronto, ON

Billing clients based on estimates.
Create POs and process vendor invoices in a time-sensitive environment.
Process employee expense claims in compliance with Leo Burnett policies.
Post journal entries to move costs – ensuring correct coding of GL, job number and posting period.
Work with admin team to code financial transactions.
Follow up with vendors on long outstanding POs for invoices.
Respond to vendors’ payment related inquiries.
Document all accounting transactions and maintain filing system.
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support finance functions.
2-3 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance – Ideally in the Marketing and Advertising industry.
University Degree or College Diploma from an Accounting or Finance program.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Able to work proficiently under minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
