Partner with the sales organization to produce timely and accurate commission statements.
Answer inquiries and handle disputes from the sales team on commission issues.
Coordinate with payroll teams globally to facilitate payments to the sales team.
Produce sales reporting for management to uncover performance and revenue insights.
Assist on projects to improve commission process and reporting capabilities.
Passionate about innovation.
Has experience reconciling financial data.
Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours.
Excellent communication skills and high integrity.
Strong documentation and analytical skills.
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information while maintaining attention to detail.
Must have a solid understanding of GAAP.
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel (required).
2+ years of relevant experience

Compensation: Starting at $60,000 USD plus bonus eligible
Work Hours: M-F 8a-5p
