Education:BS degree in Accounting/Finance is required
Experience:At least 5 years of financial analysis experience required. Foundational accounting and knowledge of key systems/tools
Software:SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Responsibilities
Discounted cash flow modeling and other analysis techniques
Synthesizes inputs into clear recommendations and defensible positions
Maintains reliable accounting records, ensuring timely and efficient processing of financial transactions, providing accurate accounting information to support the production of reliable management and statutory reports
Manage the monthly SAP finance Period End Close process
Implement appropriate accounting and transaction processes and controls to assure the integrity of the financial statements
Undertakes financial analyses which may involve growth strategies, new product platforms, optimization of manufacturing operations, plant expansion alternatives, and other business scenarios
Contributes to the development and implementation of financial/operational strategy and budgets
Supports the design and monitoring of the business and financial control systems.
Partners with a broader range of individuals including business unit leadership teams and cross functional peers to aid decision support and tactical execution
Participates actively as a member of teams appointed to study and resolve specific decision situations; may serve as leader of such a group
Identifies and implements productivity improvements for own area
Delivers the analysis package for monthly and quarterly business reporting
