We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. You will support the Finance Manager and VP of Financial Operations in the consolidation of the corporate financial model, which will include updating, forecasting and providing variance analyses for the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. This is a tremendous opportunity for an ambitious and financially minded person to partner with different cross-functional teams on a daily basis to help the Company make high-impact business decisions. As such, this person will have to be adept at taking ambiguous ideas and turning them into digestible financial models.

Desired Attributes:
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) and a minimum of 3 years of finance experience

3+ years of progressive work experience in financial planning and analysis, reporting, process management, data modelling, or similar experience

Direct experience with Adaptive Insights, or similar cloud-based financial planning/reporting tool preferred

Advanced knowledge of Excel and demonstrated proficiency with advanced functions (index, offset, arrays, etc.)

A self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Superb attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity

Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management

Quick learner, eye for process improvement
