Summary

As part of our growth, we have created a new Financial Analyst position reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager.

This role will be responsible for:
1. Financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

2. Performing monthly and quarterly billing audits

3. Assisting in the preparation of monthly board reports.

The ideal candidate must have strong accounting, organization, and communication skills to support significant growth in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for being a strong supporting partner to the finance team, working on all FP&A areas. This is an excellent opportunity to do highly impactful and visible work and to interact frequently with the top leadership in the organization.

This is an exempt, full-time position that can be performed hybrid from Folsom, California or Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

Forecasting revenue accurately and identifying key opportunities and risks on a timely basis.

Preparing financial and operational analysis for internal and external key stakeholders, including the executive team, lenders, private equity firm, and auditors.

Driving process and technology improvements to automate processes and streamline workflows.

Develop projections, reports, and presentations of the impact of fee changes on the organization

Supporting efforts to integrate acquired businesses.

Requirements

Strong computer skills with the ability to analyze financial information, identify trends and make forecasts, particularly Microsoft suite (Python and Adaptive Insights a plus).

Tactful, solid business judgment, and strong attention to detail.

Organizational skills to work independently, set priorities, plan and coordinate multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities.

Strong financial and analytical skills to collaborate with a team-based working environment.

Ability to work with all levels of management.

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance.

Minimum of 3-5 years corporate finance or practice experience.
