About the Team
The Financial Analyst will be a subject matter expert over specific aspects of financial reporting and assist in annual budgeting as well as rolling monthly forecasting.
Essential Job Duties
Reviews complex finance work processes, systems, and procedures for efficient workflow and conformity with company procedures and best practices
Develops and maintains key performance indicator (KPI) data
Develops and maintains daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting
Assists with the annual budget and maintaining the monthly rolling forecast model
Collaborates with appropriate staff to gather input and feedback concerning process needs
Resolves issues and problems related to system platforms
Maintains or assists with maintenance of accounting information systems
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
3-5 Years of experience as an accountant, auditor, or financial analyst
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Excel, and Power Query; PowerBI a plus
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
Education Requirements
B.S. in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
CPA, CMA, MBA
