Financial Analyst Job at Allied Digestive Health – 2.8 in West Long Branch, NJ

Welcome to Allied Digestive Health! We are seeking a FT Financial Analyst to join our team!

The Financial Analyst will be focused on financial planning and analysis needed to support Allied Digestive Health’s care centers and Management Services Organization (MSO).

The FP&A Analyst will ensure spending is aligned with budgets while providing insights to help reforecast and drive the operation forward as the organization is affected by expansion initiatives and organic as well as M&A driven growth. This position will report on key metrics, perform business analytics through modeling and partner with other MSO functions/teams to meet reporting and tracking needs.

Essential Responsibilities:
Serve as key partner in supporting leaders and employees in reaching the company’s strategic objectives and Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, monthly reforecasts of the business, and other ad hoc reporting as needed.

Essential contributor to the annual and long-range planning processes.

Partner with RCM and data analytics teams to improve data quality, improve upon existing reporting and create new/enhanced models.

Partner with RCM and Accounting teams on month-end close process – including variance analysis and reconciliation.

Assist in the building of quarterly board meeting presentations.

As needed, assist with Revenue Cycle Management reporting and analysis.

Help with the implementation of new software systems and initiatives to optimize financial and operational processes – e.g., ERP and financial planning software.

Preparation and consolidation of care center level forecasts, reporting and dashboards.

Additional responsibilities as needed to support the changes and growth of the business.

Desired Education and Experience:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics or related field.

0-2 years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth in Finance, Business Analytics or Operations positions.

Ability to work across multiple departments and comfortable interfacing with senior staff members.

Ability to process information and plan from both a financial and operational perspective.

Strong analytical skills, efficient, self-motivated with the ability to follow through and implement process improvement.

Highly meticulous with excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Intermediate to Advanced proficiency using MSFT Excel; familiarity with data extraction and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.

Experience using MSFT Dynamics a plus.

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Days/Hours This is a full-time position, the schedule of which is determined by the Supervisor. Can work varying or longer schedules, if needs require.
