Job SummaryThe Raytheon Missile Defense Operations, Supply Chain, Quality (OSQ) organization has an immediate opening for anearly in professional careerfinancial analyst within its Supply Chain finance organization. On this team you will support the Supply Chain organization in its material forecasting, overhead management, staffing analysis, and financial reviews. The organization is a dynamic environment that affords its team members the opportunity to see the business from a top-down perspective while balancing the demands of accurate & integrated forecasting and managing risks and opportunities as they pertain to material financial metrics. In addition, staffing analysis encompassing charging, historical metrics, and forecasting are an additional opportunity. You will have the opportunity to work with many levels of management and various functional organizations. You will be challenged to help develop and implement streamlined and consistent and reliable processes, procedures, and reporting in a changing environment. This will include training team members and key stakeholders. This role requires that you be self-motivated with a desire for data analysis and an ability to adeptly navigate APEX/PRISM (SAP), Business Warehouse (BW) or Analysis for Office (AO) and Excel. A proactive behavior to excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills are highly desired.
This position also allows for remote work Nationwide.

Responsibilities To Anticipate
Monthly analysis, research and reporting of the Supply Chain Overhead Budget and Headcount
Support consolidation and streamlining of reporting
Actively facilitate meetings driving alignment, closure on actions, and understanding of issues
Supporting other team members in technical and analytical financial growth
Identify, support and implement process improvements
Provide cost reduction ideas and project support
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience
2 Years of professional experience in a related finance role
Experience with computer skills which include a general understanding of Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Macros, etc.).
Qualifications We Value
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math or Business
Operations and/or GSCM experience with Baselining, Estimates at Completion (EACs), Program costs & schedule tracking, proposals, and sales & rate forecasting.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate complex information concisely to a cross functional team
Independent, self-motived, and highly organized
Innovative, strategic thinker
Demonstrated experience with tools such as Business Warehouse, PRISM, and Operations/Material dashboard. Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
