Located in Docklands, Melbourne
12 months fixed term contract with opportunity to become permanent
Here’s a snapshot of your day;
Supports the account in managing financial process including standard management reporting, budgeting and forecasting process
Attend to various accounting issues and reports, including profit and loss reports
Creates month-end accounting and accrual entries and reconciles discrepancies
Liaises with and provide support and guidance to site teams, other internal stakeholders and new account based employees
Support the Account Manager in ensuring site teams follow the P2P including raising Purchase Orders prior to work commencing.
Performs other duties as assigned
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
Demonstrable experience in a similar finance role
Experience working with finance systems – SAP / JDE is preferred
Good understanding of P&L reporting and how to record and report savings
Good stakeholder management skills
Proactive, organized, and strong attention to detail
