About This OpportunityDrive Acuity’s rolling forecast process evolution using OneStream technology. Lead the effort to define Acuity’s rolling forecasting future state, chart the path to realizing that future state, and lead a cross-functional team to build the technology and monthly processes.
How You Will Contribute
Continuously identify and lead process improvement efforts to support the transformation of the finance team.
Champion OneStream platform for Finance by owning the reporting and forecasting processes.
Help coordinate and run the monthly process; Own the technical OneStream aspects of the rolling forecast process, including troubleshooting and administration.
Participate on the committee developing and overseeing the Finance systems roadmap. Also manage system implementation projects in support of the finance system roadmap.
Partner with business leaders to help drive initiatives and profitability of the business
Partner with Finance and Accounting leadership to drive system and process projects and improvements
Prepare and review key performance indicators and assist with Root Cause Countermeasure analysis
Develop financial models to assist with planning, forecasting, and other analysis
Drive the planning and forecasting process (R12) for Sales finance for P&L, primarily Sales
Partner with Sales Leaders and Operations (MKT, Pricing, CX) leaders and support monthly operating reviews, business reviews
Perform maintenance of OneStream system hierarchy structures to enable accurate reporting
Respond timely and thoughtfully to ad hoc financial requests
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and Corporate Policies
