Our Impact:
Our team is responsible for planning and reporting against the expense budget of Freddie Mac – we interact with all areas of the company

We provide reports and insights to executive leadership to support decision making

We take a lead role in new initiatives which span across the company

Your Impact:
Complete regular and ad hoc variance analysis and financial reporting

Support annual planning process and ad hoc analysis towards driving effective and efficient management of the firm’s resources

Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance controls

Qualifications:
Typically has 2 – 4 years related experience

College degree (Finance/Accounting) or equivalent experience preferred

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Keys to Success in this Role:
Great teammate and collaborator

Excellent attention to detail; highly analytical

Experience using critical tools (Hyperion/Smartview/PeopleSoft) and/or drive to become an advanced user

Strong oral and written communication skills

Calm under pressure; adaptable to change in priorities
