Anheuser-Busch is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join the Beyond Beer Launchpad, the company’s brand-new team dedicated to nurturing early-stage brands and preparing them to successfully scale nationally. The FP&A Manager will act as a finance business partner to each brand’s Product Owner, offering strategic financial advice and delivering world-class financial results.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategy & Finance, the FP&A Manager is responsible for full P&L management across a number of Launchpad brands.

Key Responsibilities:
Supports the Beyond Beer Sr. Director, Strategy & Finance in the financial management of brands within the Beyond Beer Launchpad.

Partners with brand Product Owners on an ongoing basis to offer strategic financial advice, conduct volume and revenue forecasting, and deliver top and bottom-line financial results.

Responsible for commercial modeling and strategy on Launchpad brands.

Owner of the routine FP&A processes for Launchpad brands, such as the month close and monthly LE (forecasting) process.

Responsible for Launchpad EBITDA delivery and management of ZBB packages (sales, marketing, overhead expenses)

Supports the Sr. Director, Strategy & Finance with resource allocation decisions and is responsible for the annual bottoms-up Budgeting process

Conducts ad hoc financial analysis and investigation

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required. Finance, Business, Economics or related concentration preferred.

CPA or CFA certification is a plus. Must have knowledge of GAAP accounting

Experience analyzing budget performance. In a CPG company is a plus.

Expertise in Excel. Strong financial modeling skills.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Experience with PowerPoint.
