OpenRoad Auto Group is currently seeking to expand our team with a Full-Time Financial Services Associate at OpenRoad Toyota Port Moody.

Completing all documentations for sold vehicles in the dealership.

Maintaining and completing internal and supplier reports.

Coordinating sold vehicle preparation including accessories, chemical packages, and deliver clean ups.

Ensuring vehicle deliveries are scheduled in a prompt and timely manner.

Provide excellent customer service to all guests.

Responding to guest and client inquiries in person and on the telephone.

Finalizing all sold vehicle documentation.

Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to General Manager.

This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

A valid British Columbia Driver’s License with a good driving record.
