ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an FP&A Analyst who will focus on reporting and analysis for our Carrier HVAC global headquarters. The incumbent will understand the realities of working in a global role and be part of a team that embraces continuous improvement. At the same time, we evolve our operating model and position the business for rapid growth. You will serve as a key member of our headquarters team, working closely with our Finance senior leadership.

Key job responsibilities include:
Support the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of monthly forecast and close. Consolidate information into company-wide financial statements and prepare for review with senior management.
Financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, annual planning, and preparation of action plans and recommendations for business and operational decisions for a part of the HVAC portfolio.
HFM maintenance, reporting, and consolidation
Tracking and reporting of asset management and initiatives, including inventory & A/R
Special projects and business unit support as needed
Provide support for senior executive presentations
Actively participate as a business partner with the BUs to measure actual performance and provide quality insights to the leadership team, enabling more informed decision-making.
Key attributes: Financial acumen, communication, leadership, flexibility, passion, determination, persistence
Minimum 2 years in FP&A, or finance type of role
Strong analytical and spreadsheet development skills and prior advanced knowledge of financial consolidation systems (HFM preferred) and Excel.
Organization skills that allow reporting deadlines to be consistently met.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across a wide audience
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and works well within a collaborative team.
Strong business acumen and creative problem-solving skills
