Job Description

The Implementation Manager works with clients and with other internal stakeholders to deliver successful AMN Managed Services programs and solutions. In this role, the Manager supports our customers with a combination of technical expertise, industry experience and project management. The position requires a high level of professionalism and ability to problem-solve and remain pro-active when dealing with clients. . #zr

Experience implementing/working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) or implementing technology.

5+ years professional project management experience managing schedules, scope, resource plans, issues, risks and change management
PMP certification desired

Job Tasks:

Directs MSP implementations with support from the Implementation Director and implementation tools.
Participates in solution design calls and the development of plans, methods and procedures.
Manages project plans, and program deliverables from the corporate support role. Includes the creation of document storage, templates
Creates reports, presentations, process flows, program manuals and training materials, and any other documents required to support an MSP program and its subcontracted vendors ensuring compliance, understanding, and reporting of all activities associated with the project.
Supports knowledge transfers of contract requirements and service delivery components in conjunction with the Implementation Director.
Collects and manages data.
Manage Associate Vendor subcontractor relationships, onboard vendors to MSP programs – facilitate contract distribution, train them
Participates in internal and customer meetings in person and virtually, creating meeting agendas and completing meeting minutes.
Facilitate internal, customer, and supplier training.
Escalate issues to the Implementation Director for possible solutions and partners with local management team.
Leads the set-up, build, and testing of the VMS system. Responsible for completion and QA.
Manages implementation activity to ensure account set up, billing, service levels, and subcontractor invoices and billing are in compliance with Company policies and the MSP contract. Contract review management amendments as needed.
Participates in the transition from implementation to operations following the successful completion of the project.
Works/Partners directly with Program and Account Management to ensure satisfaction, providing full support for success a project Go Live through Transition to their full MSP Management.
Works with all corporate departments supporting MSP accounts including contracts for terms, amendments and supporting subcontractors; payroll and reimbursement to insure billing, collection, and reporting activities required by contracts are completed timely; finance and accounting for performance guarantee accruals, P&L issues, and allocation and expenses associated with the MSP account; and technology support to make program requests, obtain support for onsite space, customize reporting and interface requirements, and implementation of the web-based programs (or other designated technology platforms) at MSP accounts.
Provides, implements, and enforces company policies and procedures as directed by executive management.
Performs additional duties/responsibilities that might be directed by VP/Leadership that are not contained in the job description, however crucial to the success of the role/organization.

Education, Certifications & Experience

Minimum Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Education/Certifications: Degree in Business or Accounting

Minimum Experience:

5 years of experience with healthcare and/or staffing operations, project management, or equivalent.
Prior implementation experience
Experience in project management
