The Role at NFP

Our multi-award-winning insurance brokerage is growing and has an immediate need for an Insurance Client Assistant to serve as an integral member of the Henry Equestrian Division.

What you’ll Do

You will manage a variety of administrative tasks including

Preparation of motor vehicle liability cards and certificates of insurance.

Preparation of invoices and billing material; assisting with requests for payment

Preparation of pre-renewal client information packages.

Report claims where required

What you Bring

Strong knowledge of the Equine Industry experience is preferred

Some customer service and/or admin experience is an asset – preferably in an insurance environment

Strong ability to work collaboratively in a remote/hybrid environment

Strong time management, organizational, and ability to consistently meet deadlines unsupervised

Quick learner and comfortable in an uncertain/changing environment

RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) License in good standing is an asset
