We are currently seeking an Investment Analyst to join the Separate Mandates team. The Analyst is to provide support to the two Separate Mandate Fund Managers and Assistant Fund Manager in servicing and managing relationships with designated clients including assessing and implementing property investment decisions and managing the investment performance of existing assets. The overarching objectives are to deliver the strategy and performance objectives for the clients and contribute to LLIM business unit FUM growth targets.

The role offers diverse exposure across property sectors and across a range of major domestic and global clients.

Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining investment models

Maintaining fund models where required

Undertake valuation sensitivity work

Review of asset plans and budgets

Preparation of client presentation materials

Quarterly reporting

Developing responses to day-to-day client queries and correspondence

Assisting the Fund Managers in making and recommending investment decisions across existing assets to clients and in evaluation and conversion of new investment opportunities.

Qualifications and experience:
Degree in Finance, Economics, Property Economics or other degree / qualification relevant to the property funds management and investment industry.

Minimum of 3 years industry experience preferred.

ability to independently undertake property and investment analyses to generate recommendations to client representatives and internal stakeholders.

Understanding of relevant property related documentation such as leases, development agreements, valuation reports etc.

Strong interest in property investment, financial skills, attention to detail and be a team player with a client service mindset.
