Junior Credit Analyst Job at Republic Bank – in Philadelphia, PA

OBJECTIVE: To support the lending function by accurately and efficiently reviewing loan deals as submitted by Relationship Managers; and understand the balance between the bank’s and the customer’s interests.

Analyze financial statements; provide ratio analysis and cash flow analysis for lender evaluation.

Gather information from all relevant and necessary sources to provide accurate analysis.

Prepare narratives from analysis that focus on strengths and weaknesses of proposed credit.

Respond to credit inquiries in writing.

Follow RMA Code of Ethics in all exchanges of credit information with outsiders.

Complete special projects as needed

Keep abreast of developments in the field through reading and seminars.

Compliance with all regulatory requirements such as, but not limited to, BSA/AML, GLB/Privacy, Ethics for Bankers, and Pretext Calling and Identity Theft. Completion of Compliance Training to ensure understanding of these requirements, as outlined in the Bank’s core curriculum and this positions specific curriculum on Republic Bank University.

Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field; no credit background required
