Position SummaryThe Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) s upports strategies to help drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduced costs and overall business improvement and partners with leadership to deliver financial and strategic results through utilization of Financial Planning & Analysis best practices. Also supports Corporate FP&A processes, initiatives and reporting for the Company.

Primary Responsibilities

Create reporting and communicate insight for leadership team, including metric development.

Support monthly/quarterly business review processes. Provide business insight into the monthly and quarterly results for Corporate FP&A, including forecasts.

Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budgeting process for the organization; identify cost and efficiency opportunities.

Support monthly/quarterly business review process.

Identify cost and efficiency opportunities.

Perform ad-hoc analytics, financial modeling and decision support to Greco and Sons CFO.

Support the transformation metrics and tracking; tie to P&L results.

Provide senior finance support for major initiatives.

Provide analytical support for major investment decisions.

Minimum Education

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance required.

Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred.

Minimum Experience

5+ years of finance and accounting experience with emphasis on financial planning and analysis, business analytics, reporting development and financial modeling.

Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and professional interactive skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executives, associates and outside vendors. Capable of working with internal staff from other departments in a proactive and constructive manner.

Able to perform quantitative analysis using appropriate analytical tools. Requires expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel to develop and troubleshoot reports.

Independently structure and develop PowerPoint presentations and other business documents for executive audiences.
