On Premise Sales Analyst Job at Red Bull – in Sydney NSW

The On Premise Sales Analyst is responsible for providing in-depth analytics to develop Red Bull Australia’s (RBAU) On Premise channel strategy and harnessing the available data and analytics tools to drive On Premise business performance. This role will drive the strategy & operations for analytics within the On Premise channel, interfacing with key global and local stakeholders. Finally, this role will ensure all available data & tools are converted into action across each of the On Premise functions, establish clear, concise and consistent tracking and reporting standards, and lead key analytics projects that further the company’s strategic objectives.

Allocate resources & budget against key deliverables and projects

Monitor external market and industry trends to continuously inform strategy & approach

Support the Head of On Premise Key Accounts, Head of Musketeers (Field Sales), On Premise Marketing Manager and Distribution Partner Managers to build effective route to market plans.

Define On Premise metric and measurement plan to define look of success, inclusive of key quantitative goals; analyse and visualize data to reveal trends and inspire action.


Enhance & maintain reporting standards across the On Premise Department

Establish best practice tracking reporting across Sales & Distribution, maximizing the existing reporting suite while finding efficiencies and making enhancements

Build monthly business review presentations for each On Premise functional lead

Create templates and executive summaries to track core Red Bull initiatives.

Ensure all key reports that are delivered to the field are 100% accurate and actionable.


Act as the key contact and partner with key cross-departmental stakeholders at global and local level to enable the local On Premise team by harnessing available data, systems and tools and drive efficiencies in cooperation between teams.

Partner with the Global Data Science team to deploy analytical best practices for the On Premise team.

Assist with the monthly reporting in collaboration with the local Commercial Finance Business Partner.


Lead the annual BP process for the On Premise Senior Leadership team team, along with the supporting analytics.

Lead and/or assign key projects that support strategic objectives and key business outcomes.

Proactively identify projects that will further the On Premise channel strategy and support business outcomes


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:
Proven ability to interpret sales data, analyze results and provide actionable recommendations tied to business strategy, ideally from the FMCG industry

Knowledge of data visualization best-practices and ability to select and justify the right data visualization approach for a given dataset and question.

Strong customer service aptitude, and ability to work with all levels of the organization from Field Level to Executive Management.

Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multitask, and consistently meet deadlines.

Enjoys working in a fast paced, quickly evolving role.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
