POSITION SUMMARY

Operations Manager, Finance and Performance

The new role of Operations Manager, Finance and Performance, will support the Director, Performance, Risk and Program Management to provide leadership of a high-performing team that delivers operational functions and improvements for the Finance & Performance branch.

The role has been created to manage an evolving capability that supports Homes Victoria to effectively deliver on its Big Housing Build and other commitments. Given the importance of the strategic programs being delivered, it is critical the enterprise capability supports effective development and embedding of a portfolio/project framework (policies and processes), supported by digital program management tools and insights/reporting capabilities.

The role will manage the F&P Operations Teams to assess, prioritise, design and deliver an agreed diverse program of work while working collaboratively with the broader Performance, Risk and Program Management team and other Homes Victoria stakeholders on soliciting and managing emerging requirements.
